Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Glamskyn. This shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times: Standard shipping is free and it may take 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping may take 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping may take 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all U.S. states. We do not ship to PO Box numbers and U.S. territories.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24hours for tracking information to update.
- Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or high order volumes. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
